For those of you who already have the wildlightphoto 2007 calendar in your hands, the Canada Geese photo (March) is a DMR photo, cropped to about 50% of the original file size, a hand-held grab shot at ISO 400 with a 400mm lens, equivalent to the field of view of a 560mm lens on 35mm film. Also the cover/January photo, as well as the May and August photos were made with ISO 400 slide film, and the DMR at ISO 400 sends ISO 400 slide film whimpering away with its tail between its legs.
