I underdeveloped the first few rolls by easing up on agitation and shooting for the shorter end of developing times. I think the outdoor situation you have also been difficult highlight-wise. I'm going to use the 777 on APX 400 soon...I have 200 rolls and it doesn't develop well in PMK Pyro.
