Advantages of a Canon DSLR:

1-Can mount Nikon AI AIs AF, Olympus OM, Leica-R, M-42 lenses
2-High ISO performance (ie ISO 800 and up) is way better on 20d/30d
than on D70s/D50/D200, D2H, Hs, X, been there
3-Battery life for most models is usually 2x the equivalent Nikon's
(and sometimes even 3x, as with the D200)

After having 2 D70 bodies dying, banding problems on D1 and D100, and
the dreadful AF/meter system failure on a D2H, my choice is clear.

Best

Ed

Ken,
It seems to me, as you already have quite a few Nikon lenses, that
you need the new 10 MP DSLR that Nikon is announcing in 10 days or so
(the betting is under US$ 1000). The D200 works with all Nikon
lenses, so that might be what you want otherwise....With all Nikon
lenses, why should you buy Canon? Or am I missing something here?
Cheers
Jayanand
