Your post sounds too much like "Goodbye" instead of "Moving On"!! The LUG is very tolerant of digital photographers and Leica will be coming out with the digital M soon. You've got to hang around to let us know what we should think about it! You are the world's best teacher and we can't do without your reviews and comments. Besides back in 2003 you said: "Some of you are aware my goal as a photojournalist is to survive at least one day longer than Eisie and he went to the big darkroom in the sky at 96! So that means I still have 22 plus years to go and I absolutely intend on doing that. It'll be a piece of cake if I do what I'm told regarding meds to keep my BP inline and my mind in the cruising lane shooting subjects I know I can do capturing the results expected of me as a professional photographer." That means you still have at least 19 years to go, hopefully many more with a few meds! If I'm counting right, you'll only be 77 in a few days. You still have many productive years ahead. I'm counting on you!! I'm going to dismantle my darkroom one of these days. I haven't used the Jobo in over a year and I haven't used the enlargers in over 2 years; but I'm taking more photos than ever! Life is good and photography is more fun every year. Best wishes for happy birthday and many, many more. With love from your Southern dahl! Tina Tina Manley, ASMP, NPPA http://www.tinamanley.com
