Tina,

I like you  motion shot. The rule which I was taught - and this was ( I hate 
to
say it) forty years ago - is that if you are going to blur one part of a
photograph then you have to be sure that at least some of it is in focus. 
This
is to demonstrate that what you did wasn't a total accident. The work bench 
is
in sharp focus. Works for me.
