Ah, it's not the camera I'm interested in...it's the lens. There are a lot
of Elmar 3,5/ 5cm lenses out there to be had, and I'd like for for its sheer
diminutiveness. But this is one of those that cannot be polished by my
favorite polisher, so I've been reluctant to buy one sight unseen. Yours
produces the results I like. Isn't this the lens that supposedly made Leica
more of a household name among serious photographers? The photographers who,
up until that time, relied on medium format?

Hi all,

I prefer show this time my latest pictures (January and March), with my
Leica IIIF, Elmar 3,5/ 5cm., IMO I'm quite satisfied with quality obtained
with this old camera, but I prefer know your opinions. The picture of two
old mans talking, titled "chat", has a default, the background shows some
lines of shadows and I don't know which could be the reason.

I'll appreciate your comments, thanks for looking.
