One of the benefits of a large city is that there are micro populations of whomever you are comfortable with. Then again, warmer climates are just about anywhere south of you, Italy can be pretty wonderful, and I know that LUGgers in Brazil would welcome your arrival. The good folk from your part of the world have been leaving for thousands of years and they sure were not heading north. In any case, the days are getting longer, the sun is staying up for to warm the windows, and the snow will be melting soon.
