Subject: [Leica] Portable tripods Suggestions - Bogen Manfrotto prefered

Would a monopod be a suitable solution ............... no heresy,  
stable enough to cope with the tremors (?), portable (even when  
extended), lighter, packs better with camera case, can act as a  
walking stick ............. made by Gitzo (six models)?
