[Leica] The lower 9th ward no kidding

I lived in the 9th ward!

I couldn't believe how gone my neighborhood was the last time I was there.  
Everything I left there was totally destroyed and I felt lucky not to have 
stayed.  What a mess!  It pisses me off to see people partying on Bourbon 
St. and then people say, "see, New Orleans is fine".  Don't get me wrong I 
used to work there myself, but it's definitely not ok.
