Subject: [Leica] DMR? First shots of the year - Misburg/Hannover

Thanks for taking time to have a look,
very sorry to disappoint though- they were actually shot with a 
(Lei)Canon 20D at ISO 800.On the Bakery/Post Office shot I was testing 
my Christmas present to me - a Tokina 12-24 WA zoom (and , I must admit, 
so far I'm very pleased with it)
If Leica had kept the design of the R7 and put a DMR on it I would have 
been one the first to order one. But, sorry to say, I just can't warm to 
the shape and design of the R8/R9 body, and the advantages over and 
above the R7  aren't really anything that would warrant me changing to a 
new Leica body.
