That might work ... but I have to drive a stretch of around 100km
along such roads.

I have a rule of thumb: Speed limit + VAT. (VAT = sales tax)

VAT is 25 and you don't lose your license until 30 kph over the limit.

But on that road, the 100km, I don't have a choice. There's always
someone driving slow and there's no possibility to pass. I make up for
it on the Swedish side of the border.

And ... we all know where they are. Fast, slow, fast, slow, fast, slow ...
