It appears to me that Ritz has moved to Phoenix from Scottsdale (which I believe was their former site). In the event, it doesn't matter--Phoenix and Scottsdale are adjacent communities in the megatropolis that fills the Sun Valley. Cheers! Does changing the "But" in "And" makes it clearer that I undoubtedly presumed everybody was talking about the same business? And certainly not about the seemingly despicable other Ritz thing? The "But" was there because Chandos' "Scottsdale" didn't sound the same as "Phoenix, Arizona". But maybe that is just because I'm not that aware of the geography of the US. Anyway, I still prefer to have messages going back and forth about such items than about other (more forum destinated) ones.
