I considered switching from my PC to a Mac a while ago and contacted
Adobe to ask if I could buy a Mac license for the Photoshop I already
owned. Their reply was that I could send them my license key from the
Windows CD and they would just send me a Mac CD free! Nothing to pay
and they didn't want me to send the Windows CD back either!
A bigger problem might be the external hard disks. If they're
formatted for NTFS the Mac won't read them, so you'd need to reformat
them for FAT32 first...
