Ken,
Focus Magic, Neat Image,  Mediachance DCE-Tools (their Pure Image, and 
FilterSim stand-alones too),Photo-Plugins tools,RGB2GRAY, PTLens 
vignetting and distortion correction. Some very useful at times, amd all 
reasonably easy to use, and most of it free or shareware.
