Subject: [Leica] Yasuhara Reccieved Quick Review--why buy one?

I had a Leica CL but am left-eyed. As a result, I couldn't use the light
meter as the lever had to be in the back position in the middle of my
forehead.

But I did like the camera. Does the Minolta lever also have to be in the
film advance ready position? The Voigtlander 40/1.4 would be really nice
on that camera.

Have you considered a Minolta CLE? Granted, it is an interchangable
lens camera, but offers either metered semi-auto, or totally manual.
A really nice camera too.
