Actually, I am in the middle of a return right now (shipped something back to them on Friday) and have had no trouble at all. It really is amazing that such a giant store gets such consistantly favorable reviews. I've changed orders, cancelled orders, returned items. It all worked smoothly and I've found them generally smart and responsive. Off hand I can't think of another camera store of that size that could have gotten such consistent positive reviews.
