Chris,
Actually, I think it comes from the philosophy that all their sales
are important and that if you want something else you should get it.

On my last visit I was just buying a few rolls of Velvia and was
treated the same as when I spent a whole lot more money.

What I especially appreciated was that the entrance security fellow
took one look inside my Domke and waived the policy that all bags had
to be checked at the entrance. :)
