[Leica] Alkaline vs Silver 625 replacement batteries

I use the Duracell 675 (DA675N6), 1.4v Zinc air, hearing aid battery.
Over time, I saved about 3-4 adapter rings from the Wein batteries. I 
use these to convert the 675 cell for my MR meters and the SL.
