The lens is remarkably similar to that shown mounted on the "a" Leica that was discussed here in the last weeks. And I see a VALOO sold recently on the well known auction site: looks like a clever device, I should get one for general use of this nifty little piece of glass. I had it cleaned a couple of years ago and it is darned sharp. Works fine on a M7, though: set the lens, let the camera make the adjustments. Makes a nice juxtaposition of new and old, too.
