Yep, I have one that I use with my R system cameras.  It is a 200/4 Telyt 
originally designed for the Visoflex adapter. Real Nice Lens.

Is anyone old enouigh to remember preset lenses?  They had a ring to open
the aperture up all the way, then you turned the ring till it hit the stop
( user selected aperture).  This is the way almost all the after market
lenses worked in the early 50's through the 60's.
