Hi Adam,
My experience is not that wide in scanning but I have scanned slides
from Kodachrome (mostly) Provia, Provia F (in 120 size) and the 200asa
any make, usually Kodak print film which I keep in the fridge for any
of the kids to help themselves to. The worst for grain aliasing, Austin
convinced me that that must be what I have, is the print film. Complete
rubbish and clearly inferior to my old 3.3 megapixel Canon EOS D30 SLR.
Scans on MF from Provia F are remarkable. I have an A3 print of hot air
balloons flying low just after dawn on which detail can be seen on the
tiny moon in the background, despite the original being taken using a
80mm lens.
