years ago a Picasso "the weeping woman" was stolen from the Victorian 
Gallery: boy did she have a hooter, which should have been at least painted 
out. The painting was returned undamaged several days later: I suspect the 
thief got tired of looking at a distored crying "masterpiece". 

Collecting comes down to money and "taste", but you do need plenty of the 
former ;-)
