Yep - there was a case here (and this was psot 9/11 in the new "high
security" era) where the security staff were actually stealing electronic
goods from hand luggage as they went through security.

The judge in the case was basically dumbfounded when he came to his
summation - he didn't speak very highly of the levels of skills and
screening of new Air Transport Security Agency....
