[Leica] Citizenship

Thanks, Nathan, Jim, Jim and Tim!  I'll take the Leicas.  I actually found 
the information for Canada on Google and the fact that you couldn't 
photograph during the actual saying of the oath, but couldn't find anything 
on US ceremonies and cameras.
