Glad to oblige, Jack!

Elmo's is always nice, but not my first choice for breakfast in
general. Probably new since you were here is that we've obtained a
wonderful German micro-bakery named Guglhupf (http://www.guglhupf.com/)
that provides all kinds of European breads, pastries, cakes, etc, in
addition to what I believe to be the best chocolate croissants in the
world. Well, certainly the best that I've tasted, and I've had quite a
few. ;) And they serve their own blend of coffee from Broad Street
Roasters, which is fantastic. They opened up maybe 3 or 4 years ago near
Foster's in Durham, and up until now they've only had a few tables outside
which were perfect in spring, fall, and much of the winter, but a little
much in the heat of the summer or during the few weeks of cold each
winter. The cafe they've been building should be ready in a few weeks, and
then my time there will probably increase dramatically. I love grad school!

Swerving back closer to being on-topic for a moment, when my mom was
visiting a few months back we took her to Guglhupf for breakfast. Sitting
outside in the sun, I had my M6 out to take a few snaps of her with my
wife. During the time we were there two separate men walked up with a
variant of "Is that a Leica? I've always wanted one." and started talking
to me about it. My mom thought this was hilarious and eventually announced
that if her husband died before she did, that she was going to buy a Leica
and carry it around just to meet men!

Go Duke!
