Hi Robert,

I hope Duke treated your family well. The entrance can be kind of a
foreboding place; it always reminds me of the Death Star from Star Wars,
but that could just be me. Anyway, the care inside is usually the tops,
and that's what's most important. It's certainly a great place to
learn. It'll probably be 2 more years before graduation, when I plan to
absolutely _insist_ that all my friends and relatives begin referring to me
as "doctor doctor aaron". ;) After that, my wife and I are thinking of
sticking around here for residency. We've made a very nice life for
ourselves here, and I find that Durham has an awful lot to offer.

You know, I've never been to a Duke football game? It's one of those
things that we keep saying we'll do someday. Maybe with your
recommendation we'll make an extra effort this fall. Cameron is another
story...I've lost a significant amount of hearing in that building (and
come away with some remarkably sore throats and legs from
standing/jumping/yelling throughout the 2 hours of a Duke basketball
game). But it's always fun.

I occasionally take my M with me to the basketball games, but I've yet to
come back with anything interesting. I often wish I had Doug Herr's long
Telyts (and a smidgen of his skill) with me in there.

Ride safely on your next trip down,
Aaron
