At last I found the time to catch up and finish 2003. Scanning takes
much more time than I like. Can't wait for the digital back.
Here my wife and youngest daughter are studying on a piece of art.
More art in the form of huge raincoats hanging from the ceiling.
We take a break.
A view on the dike in the North of Holland. Rain is coming.
Wetlands in Holland
The making of "raku". Raku is a Japanese technique of making pottery.
The pottery goes from the oven into an iron barrel that is filled with
wood flour. The hot pottery makes the wood smoking and the smoke gives
the pottery it's characteristic look.
I was for my work in Frankfurt. After dinner I walked through the center
of Frankfurt and shot these pictures.
Close to where I live we have a small museum. There was this woman
demonstrating how in the past baskets were made.
