Hello,
In NJ, our "Press Credentials" are issued by "New Jersey Press Association,
New Jersey Broadcasters Association, New Jersey Cable TV Association, in
cooperation with New Jersey State Police" (quote is from the individual and
vehicle id). Application for credentials is not to the NJSP, but to the NJ
Press Association which administers the program.
