Subject: [Leica] Light Leak in IIIc

I have the most baffling light leak in my "new" IIIc. I get about 10
or 15 "leaks" per roll; most are confined to the top right of the
negative(bottom of the camera) in the sprocket hole area, and a
little into the negative, and looks sort of like a bent triangle (if
that makes any sense). About five of the leaks are black lines, maybe
a centimeter wide, running top to bottom on the negative (white in
print). I know this has to be happening while the film is on the
take-up spool, as the sprocket holes make nice little black squares
between the holes behind. I have checked absolutely everything:
shutter curtains, curtain baffles, screw holes. I even taped up the
baseplate where the adjacent vulcanite is missing as I thought that
light might be getting in there. I have taken the camera into a dark
room with a bright Mag-light and checked out every concievable
combination of shutter curtain position, film speed, etc. I have
tried a different lens, and tried not removing the lens while loaded,
all to no avail. This is my first Leica after two years of a Zorki 1
(that works perfectly), so I am a little disappointed with my
experience thus far. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
