I think i finally find what i did wrong by try to reply back to GUY BENNETT. YES, it is my stupidness. I mix the developer with 1:3 and develop at 6 3/4 mins which is way under developt. the table in the back say UNDILUTE XTOL @ 6 3/4 mins. now i think i know what i did wrong. thank you all again.
