Hi Don,
How do yo figure out the time is 17.5 minutes?
I just follow the suggestion of the xtol bag :) .  i developt for 63/4 mins
and fix for 7 mins all of process control at 20 degree C.
All my neg is completely blank.  nothing  not a mark.
