I'd like the equivalent of a Softar I for my Elmarit, but it looks like the smallest Contax/Zeiss makes is 55mm (at least according to B&H's web page). In the past I've had a Hoya softener that was made about the same (many small blotches on the filter instead of circular spots) that performed comparably, but I'm not seeing any of those either. Does anyone make a Softar-esque filter (subtle, but enough, whose effect isn't dependent on aperture) to fit 46mm threads? Thanks. This isn't something that I use much, but it's *really* important on occasion. - -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.0.6 (GNU/Linux) Comment: For info see http://www.gnupg.org iEYEARECAAYFAjyZX2sACgkQgFulSVO/UBrb9wCfUTUtVD4Oub3bkrl5KlEPZrcy /8QAoIIgo2ztZZ4BaqLlViwdI4H5o7t+ =Qb3S - -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- - -- To unsubscribe, see http://mejac.palo-alto.ca.us/leica-users/unsub.html
