Hi,

I am new to LUG.    (From Perth, Western Australia)

Can anyone out there tell me whether the magnification x1.25 helps speed up
focusing - I have a Noctilux lens.  (I also wear specs for distance).

(I have just traded in my F5 + some $ and all my lenses for these two items)

Also, I have not long bought my M6TTL and Noctliux lens - I have noted that
when the lens is mounted on the M6 - the lens hood sits slightly off
square - ie. when look at the camera face on the lens hood sits at an odd
angle.  Is this the norm?
