Instead of Photoshop LE, I would highly recommend the current product,
Photoshop Elements.

It is available in a free trial version here: (url may wrap)

I use Photoshop 6, but I've tried Elements, and it offers most of what you
might need for posting pics.  The things it leaves out are largely pre-press
tools.  And it has a few nice tools that are not available in the
high-priced spread, like  "back-light" compensation.  (woo-woo!)
