"Mocking the seriousness of the group by posting pictures of [your] daughter?" I for one welcome the work you have shown. Why would not the first year of life of your daughter be a wonderful subject for weekly pictures? And why cannot your family pictures be part of a portfolio? A portfolio should represent the best that you can do on a subject, and it sounds like you want to improve your family pictures - isn't this what everyone who posts is trying to do, show current work and get feedback in order to improve? It would definitely be worth the effort to try to capture life unfolding, and as you are there much more than any pro could be and can try again if you fail, go for it! Put together a portfolio of your girl's babyhood with as many pictures of different activities as you can. Jesse - -- To unsubscribe, see http://mejac.palo-alto.ca.us/leica-users/unsub.html
