If it is able to take a picture after, you win... i have a great idea -- lets do the same test with an m6 and a Brinks Nutron Star cabinet safe. if the safe turns out to be sturdier than the m6 we can all buy them, make pinhole cameras out of them and then run around saying how tough they are and how long they'll last. i'll wager too you're probably underestimating the EOS, i don't own one, but i'd guess they're sturdily constructed. (i'd also guess that even a small drop would damage the innards of both an EOS and a Leica. while the outsides may be made of metal, a lot of the guts are very fragile.) i did have a nikon 2020 that i broke open with a hammer to get the prism out. that one did not resist disassembly for very long.... kc - -- To unsubscribe, see http://mejac.palo-alto.ca.us/leica-users/unsub.html
