I've had problem with photofinishers in the past and have sent a note asking
them to be careful of the color balance.  the photos come back with the
proper rendition.  Often times one color in the photo can dominate and
create that color's cast throughout the photo.  I include a note every time
that I send my color negatives to be processed and haven't had a problem
since.
