Your pale prints are probably due to your printer not using the correct
channel for Reala or using a unichannel.  The fourth layer in Reala is
enough different from Superia that unless your shop has a unique channel for
Reala they will have to pay attention when they print it.  Or, it was
printed on a Kodak 200 channel as it's universal, duh.:))

So, if the lab has a newer printer with a monitor they should be able to
reprint no problem.  Course, if the monitor looks mighty strange to you,
then you might start looking for another lab.  If they don't have a monitor
then find the most experienced printer on that machine and have them re-do
the prints.

Really worst case scenario is their C-41 is not up to snuff and your
negatives are toast.  You might try having another lab do a reprint just to
check if the first lab can't get satisfactory prints back to you.
