That is a totally different issue:  in those cases, going concerns buy
product from Cosina and choose to market these products under their own
names, a la Zeiss Ikon with the Novar lenses or Vivitar or Hanimax.  But,
with Cosina, we have a reverse situation, with a going concern producing
its own products and marketing them under the name of a defunct concern.
