Very interesting. This makes the effective base length slightly greater
than the effective base length of the Leica/Minolta CL (based on CL specs
on Stephen Gandy's excellent Cameraquest site). Perhaps the Bessa-R will
prove to be to the M6 what the CL was to the M system a quarter century ago.
