Luggers,

The Happy99.exe virus is back!!!   I just got it from my daughter again as
an attachment to an e-mail.  DON'T RUN IT.  It will infect your hard drive
and attachto every e-mail you send out.  when run it is a fireworks
display, but doesn't otherwise harm your computer.

Just delete it without running.

how to get rid of it.

This is not a joke, I had it last year and I think it was brought into the
LUG inadvertently.
