We finally had a cup of coffee together one morning, talked about remote control airplanes, bikes and photography. (He also brought up a couple of topics, that I don't recall ever hearing around the Rotary Club lunch table!). As he was about to leave, I asked if I could take a few shots of him with his motorcycle. He seemed almost honored that I would ask, and I ended up with some good photos and a better acquaintenence with a unique fellow. Of course, with the monastics, I was referring to my love for them, which is almost impossible not to feel as you get to know these wonderful people who take their faith very seriously and themselves very lightly. It would perhaps be best, tho, to "love" the dope dealer by leaving him alone! On the other hand, Tina would probably end up having dinner with the guy and getting enough great shots for another exhibit! Regards, Gary >That's fine, as long as you limit your photography to folks who >"love" you....I doubt the dope dealer in the gold BMW on the >street corner in south Dallas feels exactly the same way.... > >:) :) :) >Walt >
