Hi,
My name is Mikael, a professional biologist from Finlad. I have
been a lurker on the LUG for about one year. I am an M3 user, but
for shooting during fieldwork I use the Japanese Leicas, which are in
my opinion the Olympus OM3/OM4. I am righteyed and wear eyeglasses.
When I use the SLR:s I always fockus with my right eye. But with the M3
I use the left eye. In my opinion it is very difficult to focus, hold
the
camera steady and avoid scratches on the eyeglasses when fockusing with
the right eye. It is much easier to hold the camera steady when using
the left eye,
especially if you have a Leicameter MR on top of the M3. You can quite
comfortably
lean the Leicameter against your forehead, which increases steadiness
considerable.
Do any of you LUGers have similar experiences or any comments on my
shooting habits.

best regards,
Mikael
