Send it to Kinderman Canada.  They serice the whole Leica line right down
to the first ones.  Kindermann is basically Leica Canada and can be reached
at http://leica2.kindermann.com/leica/.

For those Americans on the list, you may want to try them since the
American dollar now buys about 1.45 Canadian dollars.  Your repairs would
seem 40% off.
