Hi - Thanks for your insightful comments. I agree completely. But there is one other thing which put me off just a bit and that was the focus on the photographers themselves - as personalities and sometimes their role in taking the picture. I suspect that others, especially working pro's might feel otherwise, but I would have preferred to focus more on the picture with a small note as to who the photographer was. To me, the magazine was a listing of who worked for the NYT over the years and incidentally, examples of their images. |~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| | Wolfgang Sachse Phone: +1/607/255-5065 | | Theoretical and Applied Mechanics E-mail: sachse@msc.cornell.edu | | Cornell University FAX: +1/607/255-9179 | | Ithaca, NY - 14853-1503 USA Department Secretary: 607/255-5062 | | WWW Home Page http://www.msc.cornell.edu/~sachse | ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
