What's the real difference between a Leica M2 body and an M2R? I've read the M2R
has a "rewind-crank", but have never seen one, at least the type of rewind crank
that is common today.

Does the M2R just have a geared-up version of the "push-button" rewind (translate: 
pull-up,turn-knob) or do M2R's actually have a genuine rewind crank?
