Subject: Re: Leica M2R-rewind lever?

Lever rewind means that there is a small lever on the front of the camera at
the right which, if pushed, enables rewind, much as the rewind button on the
bottom of most SLRs. The main difference between the M2 and M2R is that the
R version has an M4 type of film spool, rather than the removable spool of the
M2 and M3. I don't believe that the M2R has an M4 rewind crank, just a knob,
similar to the M2.
