[Leica] Photo-editing software recommendations?

Besides what Tina said, the current version of LR offers some amazing
exciting tools that weren't on offer two versions ago. The ability to
control individual colors hue, saturation, and intensity is huge even with
conversion to B&W. The spot retouching tool allows extremely fine control
of density, contrast, color, saturation, clarity with the ability to remove
corrections as needed on any part of the adjustment mask. Reasonable
corrections of perspective is also very simple.
I will also add that the sharpening function is quite good although not up
to what is available with plug ins.
