One brand of aftermarket batteries that I have had good results with is Patona (for Fuji in my case, but they have batteries for many cameras). It is a German brand, although as all other cheap batteries, they are made in China. Amazon.com has them, although I do not see Leica versions. Maybe some other battery outlet or B&H?
Cheers,
Nathan

A year ago, I bought two from batteryclerk.com, which lasted only about 7 charge/discharge cycles before they both failed. Fortunately, they failed just after--rather than during--my recent trip to eastern Washington. They were "Cameron Sino" brand, in other words, Chinese knockoffs.
