[Leica] another day another ongoing project

Let us not throw out the baby with the bathwater. I agree that the type of behaviours described by Don and Ted are stupid, but on the other hand I find my smartphone incredibly useful. I do not have a GPS in my car; instead I use Waze, a free app on my iPhone, or just Google maps. Being able to communicate, free of charge, with my far-flung family (son in NYC etc.) is incredible. And yes, being able to check on the outcome of an important football match when circumstances prevent me from watching it is useful too.

A beer festival I attended last month here in Alicante only accepted payment by smartphone. No credit cards, no cash.

Cheers,
Nathan
